The extension is designed to run smoothly, but in case you run into any unfamiliar situations, here is a guide to help you through them.
Failed Tasks when running TableMate
Extension is disabled and can't be enabled
Rows are not getting processed.
Some rows are getting skipped during processing.
Receiving an alert about no rows selected for processing.
Encountering issues when exiting the app before it finishes processing all the records.
Unexpected errors or crashes during the processing of records.
The processing of records can't be stopped.
The application is not keeping the setup for each table within a base.
Checkmark field is not resulting in a 1 or 0.
The 'input', 'output', and 'checkmark' fields are not selected.
Tips for Creating Formulas
- Combine multiple static text and fields: Use
&to connect static text and field variables instead ofConcatenate(). - Static text: Use quotes
"Example text”. - Field variables: Enclose field names, which are Airtable columns, in curly braces outside of quotations
{FieldName}. They turn purple. - Paragraph breaks: Use
"\n"within quotations or text for a new line. - Quotations inside text: Use single quotes
'Positive'or'Negative'.
